Refund & Return Policy

At Gears & Glam, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the conditions below:

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

Return Window

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Only items in new condition (unused, with original tags and packaging) are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Method of Return

Returns must be sent by mail. We do not offer in-store returns.

Return Label & Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide their own return label. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of CAD 100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
